PADDYWACK TOY POODLES SALES AGREEMENT
This agreement is entered into between _____________________, the Buyer, and Susan A. Merwin dba Paddywack Toy
Poodles: the Seller. Seller does hereby certify that one AKC/CKC registered poodle puppy (dog) will be transferred to
buyer as soon as possible after full payment has been received. Seller will provide buyer with AKC/CKC Registration
forms at date of sale.

Susan A. Merwin does hereby certify that to the best of her knowledge, puppy is in good health at the time of sale and that
all vaccinations are current. Seller does not guarantee ongoing health after date of sale. Buyer shall be given 72 hours
(three working days) to have dog examined by a licensed veterinarian. In the unlikely event that a health problem is
discovered and a written diagnosis is supplied to seller, dog may be returned for exchange or refund of the above
purchase price.
Toy dogs can by nature be subject to a number of faults at maturity, which may not be obvious when it’s a puppy. Buyer
understands that purchasing a toy dog involves a certain amount of risk. Both parties agree that no future warranty on
health or performance is either expressed or implied.
No guarantee of adult size is made for any puppy. Estimates of adult size are based on size of parents, size of puppy at
birth, six weeks and date of sale.
Buyer understands that Seller will NOT pay any veterinary fees for any reason, whatsoever. Any expenditure incurred for
veterinary services will be the responsibility of the BUYER.
Buyer understands that the puppy has been vaccinated against canine distemper, adenovirus Type 2, parainfluenza and
parvovirus on ___________________. All vaccinations will have been given in sequence and age as are veterinarian
recommended. Future vaccinations are the responsibility of the BUYER.
This agreement is the complete agreement between SELLER and BUYER and no promises or guarantees are made
unless contained herein in writing. Any changes or additions to this agreement must be in writing and signed by SELLER
and BUYER.
Waiver of warrantees. BUYER waives all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The
only warrantees given are those expressly set herein.
Jurisdiction, venue, and attorney fees. The sole jurisdiction and venue for any suit filed by seller or buyer in any way
connected with this agreement shall be in Payette County, Idaho. The prevailing party in any litigation shall be entitled to
their reasonable costs and attorney fees.
BUYER does hereby agree to provide a loving home for the dog, treat him/her humanely and practice responsible canine
ownership as set forth by the American Kennel Club. Under NO circumstances will dog be sold to a pet store or puppy mill.
Susan A. Merwin cares extensively about the future of her toy poodle puppies. As a responsible home breeder, she is
positive that every home is a happier place with poodles in it. You have purchased your puppy as a PET, and the Limited
Registration box will be checked on your AKC individual registration form. This means that any puppies produced by your
pet will not be eligible for AKC registration. You should have your pet spayed or neutered before six months of age for
optimum people-centered development.
